Collapsible Menus

I updated the new menus to make them collapsible for those who prefer the current menu-only UI.  I’ll probably redo the stock dialog and then do a new release.  Expect this in the next two to three weeks.

    Looking good, Robert! I really appreciate the effort you are expending in accommodating users’ suggestions, even when they tend to be conflicting. Meshcam just keeps getting better and better.

    I totally agree with Randy, but as an accommodated user I have no choice. Besides MeshCam working well, and your continual improvements I think that its greatest features is that you listen to your users and make changes at user requests. All too often I find software attempting to train me in its ways, evening the score is very nice.
